ZGlove sleeves are sized to USA standards. They come in sizes extra small to extra large and one size fits most depending on style. ZGlove sleeves are sized to the size of hand measuring across palm ( See Size chart) but they can also be sized by going by the size you wear normally. If you are a medium size person you would use a medium sleeve for less compression go one size up.
